When will my order be delivered?

We ship all orders received by 4pm the same day.

All of our delivery options are free. Purchase five or more sachets and we will automatically upgrade you to next day delivery (Monday - Friday) if you place your order before 4pm.

Standard delivery is a Royal Mail Second Class service and you should expect to receive your item within 3-5 days.

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer this on a free shipping service. However, your samples are packed in letterbox friendly packaging, so there is no need to wait at home for the postman.

What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. However, we kindly ask that you allow at least ten days, from the date of dispatch, for your delivery to arrive. If your delivery still hasn’t arrived, please contact our customer services team here, who will be happy to help.

Can I amend my delivery address?

Once you have confirmed your order on our website and made payment, we cannot accept any changes to the delivery address. Please take care when placing your order.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

No, we’ve made the delivery process as simple as possible, and as all deliveries are letterbox friendly, you don’t need to sign for the delivery.

What do I do if my order is wrong when it arrives?

Sometimes mistakes happen. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer services team here who will be happy to help. Please note you may be asked to send an image of the incorrect item received, so please do not dispose of any items until you have contacted us.

Do you deliver to PO or BFPO addresses?

Yes, because we use Royal Mail, we can deliver to all UK addresses and address types.
