We are committed to ensuring a seamless and timely delivery experience for our valued customers. As part of this commitment, we have partnered with Amazon Shipping to handle all our shipping operations. This applies to all products, except for Bathroom Tile, Floor Tile, and Universal paints, which will continue to be shipped through Whistl.
Here are the key details of our revised shipping policy:
Order Processing and Same-Day Shipping: We strive to process and ship all orders received by 4pm on the same day.
Free Standard Delivery: We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders. Our standard delivery service typically takes between 2 to 5 days to arrive at your designated address.
Free Next Day Delivery (Orders over £50): For orders exceeding £50, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to free next day delivery. Please note that our couriers operate six days a week, and any orders placed after 4pm on Friday through to Monday 4pm will be delivered on Tuesday as part of our next day delivery service.
Next Day Delivery Restrictions: Next day delivery is not available for Northern Ireland, Highlands, or Islands. If your order qualifies for next day delivery but falls within these regions, it will be sent via the fastest possible service. However, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery. We recommend not selecting the upgraded option at checkout for orders in these regions.
Next Day Delivery Option (Orders below £50): Should your order total less than £50 and you require expedited delivery, you have the option to choose and pay for next day delivery. Please note that the same restrictions mentioned above will apply to these orders.
Shipping Updates and Tracking: Upon dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number and tracking links. It is important to note that tracking information may take several hours to be updated.
