We ship all orders received by 4pm on the same day.
We offer free standard delivery which is delivered usually between 2-5 days. For orders over £50, we will automatically upgrade you to free next day delivery.
Please note that although we process and ship orders seven days a week, some of our couriers only deliver six days a week. Next-day orders from some locations, placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Monday, may not arrive until Tuesday.

We recommend that you do not choose next-day delivery if you live in one of these affected areas. You can still choose to pay for a next day delivery service, which will still be faster, but the above restrictions will apply.
Upon dispatch we will send you a tracking number and tracking links, but be aware that it can take several hours for tracking to be updated.
Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order for the Goods at no cost before we dispatch them, although please note that our customer service department only operates between 8:45 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Additionally, within 14 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to cancel your order without providing a reason. Personalised or customised Goods cannot be returned.
To initiate a cancellation or return request, please email us at email@example.com. If the goods have already been delivered and you wish to return them, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you have paid a delivery fee for the initial shipment, it will not be refunded. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you communicated your request to cancel to us.
