*Orders must be placed before 4pm each day to qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 4pm will still be upgraded to a next day service, but they will not arrive the following day. All orders will receive free next day shipping.
Shipping
We ship all orders received by 4pm on the same day. Orders received after 4pm will be sent out the following day. This means that for example, a next-day order created at 7pm on a Monday, will be despatched on Tuesday, for arrival on Wednesday.
Please note that although we process and ship orders seven days a week, some of our couriers only deliver six days a week. Next-day orders from some locations, placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Monday, may not arrive until Tuesday.
Due to the special shipping requirements of these products, Rust-Oleum Tile Paints including an activator, and Universal All-Surface Paint, will be delivered Monday to Friday only.

We recommend that you do not choose next-day delivery if you live in one of these affected areas. You can still choose to pay for a next day delivery service, which will still be faster, but the above restrictions will apply.
Upon dispatch we will send you a tracking number and tracking links, but be aware that it can take several hours for tracking to be updated.
Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order for the Goods at no cost before we despatch them, although please note that our customer service department only operates between 8:45 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours or during a bank holiday, a cancellation request may not be seen in time to prevent the order from going out.
Additionally, within 14 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to return your order for a full refund without providing a reason. Personalised or customised Goods cannot be returned.
To initiate a cancellation or return request, please email us at hello@rustoleumcolours.co.uk. If the goods have already been delivered and you wish to return them, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you have paid a delivery fee for the initial shipment, it will not be refunded. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you communicated this request to to us.
