Shipping
Delivery is free to eligible addresses in mainland England, Scotland and Wales, including the Scottish Highlands and islands connected to the mainland by a permanent road bridge.
We’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or islands that require a ferry, boat or tidal crossing. Some shared postcodes remain excluded; enter your postcode at checkout to check delivery availability.
Orders over £10
Here’s when you can expect your delivery:
- Order Monday to Thursday before 4pm for next working day delivery.
- Order any time on Friday or Saturday for Monday delivery.
- Order on Sunday for Tuesday delivery.
If you miss the 4pm cut-off Monday to Thursday, please allow one extra working day.
Orders of £10 or less
These orders travel on our 2–3 working day delivery service, with delivery times counted from dispatch.
Order before 4pm Monday to Friday and we’ll dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays will leave us on the next working day.
Your delivery service is based on your basket total after discounts.
Bank holidays and tracking
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. The timings above apply to a normal week, so please allow extra time around bank holidays. All delivery times are estimates.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details where available. Tracking can take a few hours to update.
Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order for the Goods at no cost before we despatch them, although please note that our customer service department only operates between 8:45 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours or during a bank holiday, a cancellation request may not be seen in time to prevent the order from going out.
Additionally, within 14 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to return your order for a full refund without providing a reason. Personalised or customised Goods cannot be returned.
To initiate a cancellation or return request, please email us at hello@rustoleumcolours.co.uk. If the goods have already been delivered and you wish to return them, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you communicated this request to to us.
For us to process your return, the items must be unopened and in their original packaging. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
