Important Christmas Delivery Information
From 23rd December onwards, delivery times will be longer than usual due to the festive period and courier schedules. Please note:
- Orders placed between 24th and 30th December will not be delivered until 31st December.
- Orders placed between 31st December and 3rd January will not be delivered until 6th January.
- Normal delivery schedules will resume from 4th January.
We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy season!
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Most orders are sent on a next working day delivery service, so if you place your order by 4:00 PM, we’ll dispatch it the same day. If it’s after 4:00 PM, don’t worry! Your order will go out the next working day.
Just a quick note: if your order contains only sachets, it will be sent via Royal Mail on a 2–3 working day service.
Here’s how it works:
- Order at 7:00 PM on Monday? We’ll ship it on Tuesday, and you’ll receive it on Wednesday.
- Order after 4:00 PM on Friday? It’ll leave us on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
Although we process orders seven days a week, deliveries take place Monday to Friday only.
Upon dispatch, we’ll send you tracking details, though it can take several hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Cancellations
You can cancel your order for the Goods at no cost before we despatch them, although please note that our customer service department only operates between 8:45 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours or during a bank holiday, a cancellation request may not be seen in time to prevent the order from going out.
Additionally, within 14 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to return your order for a full refund without providing a reason. Personalised or customised Goods cannot be returned.
To initiate a cancellation or return request, please email us at hello@rustoleumcolours.co.uk. If the goods have already been delivered and you wish to return them, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you communicated this request to to us.
For us to process your return, the items must be unopened and in their original packaging. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
