Technical Data - Rust-Oleum Glitter Ultra Shimmer
Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from contamination.
Application: Stir thoroughly before use. The product may be applied by brush or roller. If applying by brush, apply generously and evenly. If rollering, use a medium nap roller. Two coats are recommended. Apply generously and do not roller out too far. The first coat will not totally obliterate the existing coating, but this will be achieved with the second coat. Try to avoid roller marks (banding) by not rollering the product out too far and by finishing roller strokes in the same direction.
Coverage: Up to 14m²/litre per coat. Coverage may vary depending upon application method, rate of application and porosity of the surface.
Drying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour. Hard dry 4 hours. May be overcoated after 4 hours.
Clean Up: Remove as much product as possible from application equipment before washing with water. Do not empty into drains or water courses. Some local authorities have special facilities for the disposal of waste paint.
Limitations: For interior use only. Temperature at the time of application and during drying should be greater than 10°C.
NB: This lid is fitted with a small covered vent to allow potential air build up in the paint to be released.
