Technical Data - Little Stars Air Purifying Wall Paint
Preparation: For best results, ensure surfaces are clean and free from dirt. Remove any loose, flaking material, degrease with a suitable detergent where necessary. Rinse well to remove any detergent residues and allow the surface to dry thoroughly before applying the paint. Previously painted and light porous substrates can be coated directly with Little Stars Air Purifying Wall Paint. Very porous surfaces should be appropriately sealed prior to the application of Little Stars Air Purifying Wall paint. Note: this is not a stain blocking product. If necessary, prime with a suitable stain blocker or knotting sealer as appropriate.
Application: Stir thoroughly before use. The product can be applied with a roller. Use a brush for corners and edges. Coverage: Up to 9 m²/litre per coat. Coverage may vary depending upon method and rate of application and porosity of surface. Waste as little paint as possible by estimating how much paint you need.
Drying time: Touch dry after 2 hours. Apply a second coat after 4 to 6 hours.
Clean Up: Remove as much product as possible from application equipment before washing with water. Protect the environment and do not allow paint residues to enter drains or waterways. Some local authorities have special facilities for the disposal of waste coatings. Contact the local authority if you have any questions. Seal unused paint properly for future reuse. Reusing paint can significantly reduce the environmental impact of these products during their life cycle. Store paint in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
Limitations: For interior use only. Temperature at time of the application and during drying time should be greater than 8°C. To ensure paint suitability for your particular project test on a small inconspicuous area first.
