Unsure where to start? Read on to find out how to revamp your wall tiles in three simple steps using our Kitchen Tile Paint.

You will need:

Rust-Oleum Kitchen Tile Paint

Rust-Oleum Ready to Roll Kit (Includes masking tape, roller, tray, brush and sanding block)

Rust-Oleum Sugar Soap

Paint stirrer

Step 1: Clean

First, ensure your wall tiles are clean and free from any food splatters, dirt or grime. Use Rust-Oleum Sugar Soap to remove contaminants from your surface. Rinse your tiles thoroughly with water then ensure they are dry. Don’t forget to stir your paint!

Step 2: Prepare

If you’re painting over a hard, glossy or previously painted surface, make sure that you sand your tiles before applying the paint. Repair any damaged grout and ensure that it is completely dry before applying the tile paint. Mask off any areas you do not wish to decorate with masking tape and don’t forget to stir your paint.

Step 3: Paint

Now all you have to do is paint! With no primer required, use a brush or roller to apply several thin coats, avoiding heavy brush marks for an effortlessly smooth finish. Allow to dry for four hours and apply a second coat (especially if you’re painting over a dark coloured or patterned tile) for a completely flawless finish.

And that's it!

Completely makeover your kitchen with Rust-Oleum Kitchen Tile Paint for an immediate colour refresh.

Available in three immaculate finishes, Satin and Gloss will give your tiles a subtle or reflective sheen, while Matt better conceals marks with a striking block of colour.
